@Jaminator You can go into the app and turn off the auto renewal under manage subscription then subscription renewal. Once turned off your plan will be put on hold when next renewal doesn't have funds. You have from that date, 90 days to make a payment or your account and number are gone for good.
depending on your renewal date you could get close to your 4 months. Best to try reactivating account at day 85 or so in case you run into a problem you have time to fix it before losing the account and number.
