@RT22- Unfortunately add-ons cannot be paused. The roaming add-ons are active the minute you buy them, and are generally not refundable. That said, you can try to make your case with a support rep. They sometimes 'bend the no refund rule'.

if the roaming was not used at all, there is a chance PM support can reverse the transaction for you and leave the fund in your account for future use, like towards renewal. Please message support and discuss with them here:

not realyy...but you can ask the CSA to credit your account for the unused add-on...then rebuy when ready to go again.
