Transport number got lost

I was transferring my number from Bell to PM. I got the message to port my number. But I missed installation of esim card. Now my service from Bell is cut off, but I can't log into PM account to download a esim card as i can't receive the code send to my number. Submit a ticket but only received one greeting message. I need help please.

I was going I skip buying sim card step when I transfer number. If I have a sim card, what's the point to buy a esim card?

what phone do you have ? 

usually you can buy the physical sim to get via the activation first.  After all activated, you can try to rebuy esim

I was told I have to buy a physical sim card. Can't pass 2 step authentication I'd check.  A bit disappointed 😔

the esim should have already been installed at part of the subscription.  Check your phone again, go to Settings->Cellular screen or the SIM Manager and see if a Public Mobile esim is there.  If it is, make sure it is enabled or "Turn on this line" is enabled and the esim is set as Primary

If the esim is not installed, check your email to see if you get a Welcome email from PM.  The email has a eSIM QR code and you can scan and install

Thank you! But I tried that barcode, it didn't work. It said contact support

@Vivianchen2005  Check your welcome email from PM the QR code should be there scan and install it with phone . If still no luck contact support
