Transferring phone number

I tried transferring my phone number to my new SIM card but it said the transfer didn't work. Now when I enter my number to try again it says to enter a Canadian number that exists. What do I do?

@dysyevi you are exiting customer? if so, you don't go to activate portal to activate 

 

you login to My Account using a computer only, the click Change sim card from the quick links menu and follow the steps:
