Transferring number

I tried to transfer my number online, and I went through all the steps but for some reason I think it didn’t fully go through. My previous SIM card is still active and I can make phone calls and my public mobile one isn’t receiving any service just coming up with “SOS only”

@CCS2  Sounds like the SIM needs to be reprovisioned . Is this physical sim and not eSIM if so you can try sim in another phone or reset network settings . If still no luck please submit ticket with support to help
