Hi,
I got a SIM card for my wife's phone. I wanted to transfer our land line to it. While setting up the account I selected transfer number. Now it's trying to send a confirmation code to our landline, which doesn't accept texts and I can't log in to change anything because it won't let me log in until the confirmation code goes through.
HELP!

you should have use the app to start from the beginning
are you at step 6 of 6 yet? if you are, did it say activation completed? you might need to wait 3 to 7 days for the landline to port
and you put the PM sim card in the phone? is it connecting to the network? if it is, you can try the login again, and the code could send to your PM sim card/phone
And if you want to check the activation status and/or porting status, submit a ticket with CS agent:
