Transfering my plan

Hello,

I have recently lost my phone and I already bought a new one. I have a spare SIM card from when I ordored my last one. I just want to cancel the first one (the one that I lost) and activate the new one on my new phone in order to stay on my plan and keep my phone number.

@PhilK    There is no need to "cancel" your old one.  You just need to make PM setup your new sim card with your account and your old one will be removed from the account and cannot be used anymore

 

So, to make sim card change, login to My Account, click Quick links and Change SIM card.  (or on Mobile browser, change to the profile page, click Edit Account Info from the very end of the page , then you will see a section about Change SIM Card Number). 

 

Enter the new sim card number and follow the steps
