How in hell can you get a service agent? I've logged in and it will not verify my credentials to allow me to enter a "ticket"" saying there's a username error, but it accepted that same username when I looged in! My wife lost her phone and I'm trying to reach someone (not a robot!). The savings may be there with this company but it is by far...the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I will be switching back to BELL...ASAP, even if it 3X the cost!

take a easy, your username is your email try to insert email,
tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

HI @gerryflynn it asked you 2 different logins. In the beginning, it is the Community account, in the end, it is the My Account logins
Make it easier, just open ticket with PM CS agent using direct message:

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
