Transfer still pending after 5hrs

I switched to public mobile from virgin plus. But after 5 hrs it's still not completed. My virgin plus sim is active and i can make outgoing calls and data on public mobile (e sim)

When they complete process?  How can i reach public mobile customer care? 

I tried their chat box but ot showing high volume and didn't connect

Then you should be good to switch sim and restart phone a few times and should be no longer working on virgin. Call the phone number I sent you to inquire what's happening.

Yes. I sent yes message to virgin within 90 minutes

Did you keep your virgin Sim card in your phone and replied yes to the port?

If not  that is why. I will send you a separate message with a phone number to contact to have it completed.
