New Rewards/Points Missing

Switched from legacy rewards to new points system, but haven't received any new points from November and December payments. Should I start a ticket, or is there a CS person here? Merci 🐶

Why does you switch? The legacy reward will give you instant monthly credits where the the points rewards you need to collect to 15 points for $15 credit. If you are still on the $34 plan…it will take you 9 months to get the 15 points.

Your points will take about a day to show up in your account. If not, pm a CS_Agent to investigate.

Of course I looked there 🙃

That's why I could see that no new points connected to payments being shown/have been added.

Was expecting points to cover my next payment-

If not will have to get a voucher, again..

When you sign into your account,  there is a tab that says Rewards.  When you open that tab, your points to date should be there. Have you tried that?
