hi @Rolly4 please provide us more info for better assistance, like porting in or out? what was the exact problem?

Adding to @Handy1 comment…there is a 90 minute window for you to reply to the text or porting will be in limbo and will need an agent help you with the porting.

For porting out, leave your Public Mobile sim in your phone as @Handy1 noted, and contact your new provider

@Rolly4  Transfer number in to PM or out of PM . In either case you need your old providers sim to be active and start  the port request with new provider leaving old providers sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port number
