I purchased the 10 point Reward for 1000 US calling but my phone will not allow. Restarted phone, when does it come into effect?

hi @Kev2001 check My Account to see if the add-on is there already. It might take as many as 2 days for PM to process 

and make sure you cann US with a 1 in front of the 10 digits

@Kev2001  .should take effect immediately . Since you tried rebooting the phone . I suggest context support to look into what gone wrong
