Transfer number to another carrier

Hi

I am transferring my number to another carrier. It has been 2 days and still haven’t received the sms confirmation to port over the number from public mobile. Can anyone help?

@Farazazam   Is your PM account still active?  It needs to be to transfer the number.  Or could you be a new customer with the SMS problem, are you able to receive SMS message from anyone else on your phone?  You do still have the PM sim in the phone to receive the SMS, correct?

HI @Farazazam 

you might have missed the initial sms.  Please ask your new carrier to resend the request.  Confirm with them they have your PM account number so they sent the request with the correct account

if still not receive the text in couple hours, ask CS agent

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
