If the numer coming from Koodo to Public Mobile is from a prepaid Koodo acocunt, Handy1 is correct as a ticket does need to be opened to start this porting request.
@Tonymass If it’s Koodo pre paid you need support help if it’s Koodo post paid you can do it your self in my account … transfer number
