Hi,
I heard that I can't transfer the number from Koodo Prepaid by myself, and I need to contact Public Mobile....
Can you please tell me how to / where to submit details to transfer the number from Koodo Prepaid ??

You have to create a ticket. Here are the ways.

@Syed-Ottawa first you need to activate a temp public mobile number , using the public mobile app once you have done that just contact support and they can transfer your Koodo pre paid number over for you
