You need to be careful with this advice. You can do transfers from Koodo postpaid. For prepaid, only the moderator team can do the transfer.
@will13am why Prepaid can not be done selfserve ?
Koodo Prepaid and Public Mobile share the back end infrastructure. I assume that the porting system on the platform is not recognizing the distinction between the two providers in a porting context and is "thinking" (= programmed that way) that you want to port from one account to the other in the same system. Which is not allowed and needs a manual override by a moderator.
Telus seems to have decided that it's cheaper to pay moderators for doing the occasional manual transfer than to pour money into a more updated back end system(s).
