Hello,
I just received my SIM card and wanted to transfer my phone number from Rogers but they say 'this number is not available for transfer'.
I have an account with my landlord, would it be the reason?
In that case, what would be the solution? A new number?
I tried to call Rogers but it's the virtual assistant and that doesn't help.

Hello,
It's still active but I'm not the main client, I'm attached to them.
I created a ticket and PM helped my out. The transfer should be done by the end of the day.

While most numbers can be ported into PM, some numbers cannot, please check if the number can be transferred into PM using this link:

Hi, your account at Rogers must be active to transfer your number. Not sure what you mean a account with your lanlord ? You can try to call Rogers.
