Transfer Number Trouble

Hello, I am transferring number from Freedom to Public Mobile. I tried transferring yesterday and it says on my phone Public Mobile. But, I can only make calls. Any texts and calls made to me, are not going through. Also, the text messages I try to send do not go through.

 

I called Freedom and they said they ported the number out. They told me to contact Public Mobile to finish process.

Yes, I replied Yes to the text received from Freedom. But, I haven't received any texts from Public Mobile

@Shoffi2024  first try and reboot the phone . If no luck no worries just
