I would like to transfer my koodo pay as you go plan to Public Mobile.
During the process Iam getting a pop up box stating Iam not a candidate to transfer my number to P. Mobile.
Can you please walk me through the steps to get started with P. Mobile service? Do I need to cancel with koodo, or just choose the option to not transfer the number but just pick another one?

Opening the correct ticket is even easier now. After you get the temp number, go to Account in the app and select Transfer phone number, there is a direct link there to create the appropriate ticket for porting of Koodo and PC Mobile numbers.

If you are porting in from Koodo prepaid, you have to activate with a new number first. Once activation completed and you can make calls and recieve calls, then you will need to open ticket with PM support for a manual porting request.
When the new line is setup and you are ready to open ticket, here you are
1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
