Totally confused

Well, I can't get any help through the automated system and can't find a way to actually chat or talk to a human being so I'm pretty frustrated at the moment. 

 

Besides having problems with the support service with errors and pages just not showing.

 

How do I discuss my issues that don't seem to be any of the scripted options?

I know it's not online but requires human intervention. 

And my tickets get closed after 24 hours automatically before anyone claims them. At this rate I can't even cancel a service and will have to block Public via the bank.

I don't know I am just guessing; but I have a ticket with them as well, and normally they respond within like 12 hours but now it's been several days and something is going on for sure and I can only guess it's because of the holiday season. 🙂 🙂

Well that's my first issue - the automated support isn't working. Not only not giving me useful information but just malfunctioning itself. I have tried.

@JohnCPEI PM advertises all support online. Having said that it would be nice if their preferred method actually worked. It hasn't in awhile now. The link provided you to direct message CS used to be a fallback thing, now it's the go to way to get things done. In my experience lately, they usually respond in about an hour.

@JohnCPEI  Your using chat bot ? Try the link myself or @Cheetah24  sent you its a drift link and will work

I get that it's busy and I don't mind waiting but I'm not getting any useful service. And it's just not working (404 errors, blank pages, etc.) I'll try your suggestion though.

@Cheetah24 Seems like every business out there is now relying on the dreaded "due to higher than normal volume of (calls, tickets, you name it)..."

Explain the issue to them and they'll respond soon. During these times where there's a large influx of tickets it might take a bit more longer waiting times unfortunately as I've seen from reports from other users.
