I recently signed up for a new account, and I was trying to get my number transferred over. The system ended up double charging me, and I still have not been able to process the number transfer.
Contacting support has been no avail, should I just ask for a chargeback right now?

hi @Tony338
don't try charge back.
once you process a charge back, your service will be suspended and it is tough to get back to good status
please work with agent on a solution instead

nnnooo...don't do a charge back. PM will get upset if you do. Just message a CSA and they can add credit to your account if you paid X 2.

give them as much account info as you can ie; phone number, account number, type of on-file credit card..etc. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.
