Hi there,
I just got my public mobile connection yesterday but am totally unable to connect to it's cellular data. Can ANYONE HELP ME OUT PLEASE!!

we have been thinking what was wrong if your phone, can you confirm your voice calls are working? can you confirm if you change to 3G on network mode and you can use data?

Data works on 3G 850 or 1900MHz. When voice works, there's no reason that data can't work on the same network too. 4G LTE isn't needed for data.

but OPPO A5S only has 850 and not 1900. Yes, he said voice work, data should be able to still use 850. But for an asian phone , that is not uncommon it's has major data problem
4g bands only 1 and 3 and 5 and 7 and 8 and 20 and 28 and 38 and 40 , 41. If his area does not have band 5 and 7 there, that can explain why no data at all (of course, it would be be a mystery that why voice works)

I don't think that's it because only data doesn't work. FK007 says that other stuff works, and all networks that can do calls an text messaging also work for data too.

Possibly because your phone is an Asian phone and do not have all the bands needed for stable use on this network. Try changing network to 3G as well as 4G and see if any difference
But you might need another phone that has all the network bands used on PM for better experience.

It's an OPPO A5S with a physical Sim Card... The normal service is working fine but NO MOBILE DATA at all since I started this service yesterday??

Tell us more, like that phone you have? And voice work? esim or physical?
But make sure your old sim card is removed. And try Reset Network Settings on your phone
If physical sim, try it on another phone
