I cannot connect to mobile data at all!!

Hi there,I just got my public mobile connection yesterday but am totally unable to connect to it's cellular data. Can ANYONE HELP ME OUT PLEASE!!

It's an OPPO A5S with a physical Sim Card... The normal service is working fine but NO MOBILE DATA at all since I started this service yesterday??
