So I just topped up my account and I still can't make calls can anyone assist me

Are you on the $15 plan and you ran out of money? or your account suspended and you try to renew?
how you top up your account ? via *611 or My Account?
did you check if your Account status showing active or still suspended?
if suspended, check if you see any Available fund there, and check Payment history

Was your service actually suspended before you topped up? Or it just wasn't working?
This is a 30 day plan system, not a pay as you go system. Adding money is only useful for renewals/reactivations from suspension or buying add-ons.
