Hello All,
I just topped up my prepaid account a couple of days ago. The payment history on the account updated to reflect this, and shows 27 July 2021 as the next payment due date.
Today, I received a threatening email which states that I have five days to make a payment on the account, and failure to do so will result in the permanent deactivation of my number.
What gives??? Has anybody else experienced anything like this?

If your account shows active then all is good. You recieved a courtesy email to reactivate your account. Not all accounts recieve this email. Count yourself lucky to have recieved in case your account had not renewed.

Now look at account activity.

@Luddite, thanks for that heads up.
I logged in as you said, and sure enough, the available funds are showing zero, and not the $15 that I paid.
However the Account Status is clearly being shown as Active. I take this to mean that the account was reactivated successfully - or am I missing something else here?

@bell2public Making a payment while an account is in suspension does not always reactivate it; a system quirk.
Login to your account and see if you have Available Funds equal to the payment that you made, then click Reactivate and follow the directions.
