Purchased a $50 dollar top up from London drugs and the pin is invalid. Tried online and by phone still not working. So disappointed. London drugs said to contact you guys but there's no contact number. What now i loose out on 50 dollars? What the hell.

I was mad when I typed this. Obviously its 12 digits. I requested a refund so I can. Switch providers.

Did your fingers slip over one key and type 23 instead of 12? They're 12 digit pins.
London Drugs vouchers are usually valid right away.

HI @Dws Have you opened a ticket yet?
If not, or if you have opened for 2 days and no response, please open again
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing: "cannot process payment
then Click "Payment Voucher"
now click "contact Us"
and then click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Not all vouchers are active at the time of purchase. Did you ask when you can apply it?
You will Not lose your $50. I would wait at least 24 hours and try again. If it still does not work, contact agent for assistance.

@Dws hi sometimes it takes up to 24 hours to activate voucher if not then
contact customer service.
