Took payment but will not allow me to resume setup

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I have just purchased subscription and inputted my payment information.

They have charged my card put it will not go passed the payment page unless I input my credit card information again. WHYYYY!!!!! I'm going crazy here. It also says on my profile that i have no subscriptions after paying for it.
