To switch plans or not, do I loose my bonus’s and monthly $ rewards for loyalty and friend referral?

If I change my 3G plan to the promo 15gb at 4G speed for $40 do I lose my bonus’s that I have collected and do I automatically get switched to the point system?? I would rather keep my loyalty and referral $ monthly. It goes further. Not sure if I should switch plans without these answers???
