@woodwork if the reason you are asking about ending an add on is that you think you are getting charged for it monthly that is not the case. Public Mobile is a prepaid service so you pay for your add on when it runs out its gone. If you dont use it the add on will roll over month after month until it is used up.

Public mobile is not like other providers whose add ons are charged monthly and if you don't cancel before your next billing period charge you again for an add on you don't even know you would need or want. All non roaming add ons at public mobile are a one time charge. They remain on your account rolling over each month until they are fully used up. They will then disappear from your overview page. An add on could stay on your account for years if you dont fully use it. Just remember there are never any extra charges for your account. You buy it then you can use it. If you didn't pay for it then it just won't work.

@woodwork Hello I am not exactly sure what your question is asking but I can assure you that there are no reoccurring cost for that add on it’s a one time buy once It’s used up it’s gone

Did you purchase a wrong add-on?
If it was mistake and you didn't use it you can try asking moderators to remove it so you can purchase the right one.
