Hi All,
This is my first post here.
During activation process (porting existing phone number over to PM), after I clicked on autopay confirmation button, timeout page displayed right away and activation process was terminated. I can't log in using account email and password. And I doubt the porting process has started.
Can someone help me?

Hi @ksun,
First, make sure you did not get charged for the unsuccessful activation(s). If you did not get charged, try again using incognito/private browsing mode or try another browser.
Porting a number is a completed process, so it is best to choose a new number first during activation. After you activate and verify the service, you can request to port in your number directly from your account.
