Hi! I have put in a few tickets, because Public has charged me twice when I signed up. But no one seems to be answering my tickets. Is there another way to get thru to someone?

1. Do you have service?
2. In your My Account.....do you see the double charge in your $ transactions?
3. Do you have a balance? Is it the duplicate amount less taxes? If yes, leave it and your next payment comes from balance first.

this is the best way, they answer real quick during regular business hours. Just click on the envelope in the upper right and private message CS_Agent, They will ask some verification questions and then you can discuss this issue with them and they can resolve it for you. Best course of action may be to leave the second payment in your available balance. That will cover your next renewal and your card won't be charged again until the New Year.

Yes, the other way to reach them is send a private message to CS_Agent
Then tell them what your problem is.
But the ticket way was a good way too!

@tpassafiume How long ago did you submit a ticket? The response can take anywhere from 1+ hours depending on the number of tickets ahead of you.
