I bought a phone on Nov 4 from public mobile. I received an email confirmation of my purchase but no email showing that it has been shipped, and no tracking number. I kept searching my spam to see if the email went there but nothing. When I reached out here a couple of days ago I got a message saying that i would be alerted via email within three hours. I never got that email either. Today when I logged back in here I see that you do have my tracking number but never sent it to me. I just looked up the tracking number on the UPS site and yesterday last day was my last to pick it up. I called UPS and it's now being sent back to the sender. This not ok, I need that phone - I am missing work text and calls with my current phone. Please make this right asap. I need to sent to me and for the tracking number to be shared with me when it is. UPS says it is the senders responsibility to do so.

The return of the package will automatically result in you receiving a full refund. To receive phone, you'll need to place a new order. Neither of these steps requires a Public Mobile customer support agent to be contacted, and while a goodwill gesture might be possible (but not guranteed), that won't speed up the process of receiving a phone shipment.
