Ticketing system not working - how do I get support??

I keep trying to submit a ticket and it fails every time. A quick search in this community shows this is a long ongoing issue.

How can I contact someone to get help?

while you wait for a Customer Support agent to reply, why not let us know what your concern is and maybe we can help before they reply. If we can't help, then you can continue to wait.
