Transfer number ticket system doesn't work for eSim, there is a field that asks "enter the SIM number, use N/A if using eSIM" but the form validates that only numbers can be entered there stopping me from proceeding

I did that, I am just "reporting the issue" here as this forum seems to be the solution for everything

If the ticketing system does not work, then you will need to private message CS_Agent:

Supposedly, private messaging does take a bit longer for CSA to resolve issues.
