How long does it usually take to get a response to a Ticket from customer service?

It depends on how busy they are and what time you submitted your ticket.
Their hours are from 6:00am to 10:00pm EST.
It probably too late and staff is off now.
Keep your eyes on the envelope icon above for a reply tomorrow morning.

Usually within the hour. Today I received a reply in 10 minutes....and that was using the "slower" method of sending a private message.

@ktriggs the time varies. usually within 2 to 4 hours. But this is a bit late in the evening, they might not reply until tomorrow morning.
I suggest if you don't receive any reply in your Community account tomorrow, message them again
