Three way calls not working

This used to work but i tried doing a three way call, i called the second person, no problem with just two of us in a call (as usual). I added the third person no problem with the adding but the second person could hear me and hear the third person but nothing they said could be heard by me or the third person. The third person could hear and talk to me no problem. It was as if the second person was muted, they could hear us both but nothing they said could be heard by anyone. I am sure they were not muted.

I tried using the second person's landline, no dice, then tried their cell phone, no dice, restarting my device, no dice.

Any idea whats wrong?

@G6a sound like a problem with the service. Message support and ask them to refresh the account and see if that fixes the problem
