Three way call not working *AGAIN*

What is causing this, i had it fixed once by messaging a mod, it worked once since then stopped working again today. This is unprofessional and i need a phone plan that does its job.

When i do the three way call i can hear the 3rd person i call and the second person can hear the third person but i cannot hear the second person.

Is there a way to reliably fix this for more than one use or is PM unable to provide working service?

 

Oh and my last profile seems to have vanished, this is my 3rd of 4th community profile, though thats small potatoes 🙄

Thanks, i submitted a ticket though it had no option to explain what the issue is, just that its a talk/text issue.

Public Mobile is really falling apart.

Funny how i used to consider it a good service provider, this is getting into Freedom Mobile territory

@G6q - I dunno. PM is currently having a half dozen little eggs cracking (Issues) like Call forwarding which already cracked, conference calling which you reported on, payments which is cracking, iMessage activation which is cracked, and SMS & MMS not working which is cracked.

But maybe message CS_Agent and see if they need to do anything on their end.
