Three different billing dates

Hey guys, I'm currently working on the road and woke up to a text this saying that I have a payment due on April 11th, but my billing cycle just restarted on April 1st or 2nd last week (30 day plan at $40 minus credits/rewards).

I'm on auto-pay and it functioned correctly last week. I haven't made any changes to my account since porting my number to PM.

I'm guessing this is just a glitch?

Also in my self serve it says my billing cycle one time bill date (underbeath available funds) says May 1st, but at the bottom of the page in the auto-pay section it says May 7th.

I think everything was normal last week. Perhaps this is a bug related to PMs system maintenance they did yesterday.

Is anyone else experiencing anything odd?

I'm not overly concerned but I just don't want any incorrect charges going to my credit card when I know for a fact that I don't owe until May.

Thanks guys.

Hopefully it's all sorted soon. As long as I don't get an unwarranted charge on my creditcard this week, I'm good. Thanks!

Thanks @Anonymous I haven't had any time to browse and see what other issues people have been seeing the past few days. Yay rolling 12+ hour nightshift. Haha.

Overnight Sat night they did some kind of maintenance. Then again an unannounced outage Sun aft. Today the place went for a p@@ and a bunch of accounts got messed up.

Thanks. This is only my second billing cycle with PM. The first obviously was full price as usual on the CC when I set it up with auto-pay and last week I had enough credits in my account due to the $25 referral promos, auto-pay, $10off/6mo promos etc that I didn't have to pay at all.

Now this month I have enough credits already that my next bill will only be $5 thanks to community rewards showing up on there too. So far the mobile service has been great. It just seems there are a few bugs left to tackle in their billing notification system.

I would say it's related to the super-goofy thing that happened with a bunch of accounts today.

Normally you should see 2 dates. The overview is the end of your current term. The autopay is the overnight date of the start of the new term.

@mik101 I think so. It will depend on your account record, not necessary from the text message.
