@esojay5000 hi updating cc can be difficult here, change your browser see if that helps remove old cc and start over if you have to

@esojay5000 On the new system? , did you go to the Payments page, Manage Your Card, and then Update Card Information?

I think if you tried too many times, it could triggered a Fraud lock. Open ticket with PM Support and let them investigate, and maybe they can add the new card for you
