hi @Deepinder38 PM will add the credit of the plan amount after the 2nd month before the renewal for the 3 month. You will see it as Available Funds on your My Account
if you dont see any credit at all and you pay 3rd month in full with no credit deduction, then ask agent to help
submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
