 They should change west Edmonton to 1G service only.  Service technician knows there's a problem but CANNOT fix it.  What a joke.

HI @Tuto4482

you tested your sim card in another phone? Test account to rule out a device problem

and ask your friend who uses Telus or Bell, they all share the same network.  Check if they encounter the same problem.  If they don't, test your sim card in their phones

Public Mobile post misleading information to there customer.

I hate to say it but... Public Mobile may not work for you then. You may need to find another service that can deliver on what they offer.  You can also go back to that chat and ask it be escalated higher. Not much else can be done with a Telco that fails to deliver what they offer.

There is not they can do. That's what they told me. I export all the options.

hi @Tuto4482

you know from agent that 5G has problem there

what speed do you have when you use LTE?? most the time you can get 5G speed with LTE  with your 5G plan

The only option is to reach out to customer service and report the problem. They may be able to reset your network on their end.

Phone rebooted.  My biggest problem it not so much the data speed.  The problem is, they known this problem existed in the past. But still unwilling to fix it.  It this how Public Mobile wants to show itself to the public?

Wow. That phone is so super old! LMAO.

I know this will sound odd but can you try something for me? Try changing it to 4G and reboot. Then do another speed test and see what it comes up with.

@Tuto4482

Did you do the speed test indoors or outdoors. 5G have issues with penetrating through thick concrete walls.

4G/LTE can go through walls better.
