Now I'm screwed. I dont have money to replace and I need my phone to be able to work. I have all the info to prove I didnt recieve it... what can I do?

Sorry to hear your problem. Can you still read the voucher number?
The store does not want to replace it as it is not their problem that you got it wet.
PM cannot do anything if you don't have the voucher number.
Please take a photos of both side of the voucher before leaving the store just in case of lost

Unfortunately it has nothing to do with public mobile...You need to go back where you have purchased your voucher...where did you buy it? @Hollywoodn
