the sim that I ordered and paid for on September 29, has not arrived. When I look at the email that was sent out, they did not put my apartment number on the mailing address. Can you rectify this and see that I get the sim that I paid for.

@Fil Go to bottom of page and open the chatbot. Create a ticket to get help from a customer support agent.

Contact customer support with your email, order # and shipping address and ask for the address to be corrected and to ship out a new Sim card. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on SIMon to submit a customer support ticket.
