Hi there, I tried to create a new subscription and when I get to the REVIEW AND PAY part of the subscription process, I'm not allowed to add my Billing Information. I cannot select the field Card Number, Expiration Date or CVV to fill them. Strangely I can select and fill the postal code only.
When I try to chat with the ONLINE ACTIVATION ASSISTANCE no one is there and I have (I tried many time) this message : Info | Apologies. No agents are currently available. Please try again later.
What happening?

Even with the app it doesn't work.

I was trying to subscribe without the mobile app. I was doing it on my laptop. Ill try the app to see if it work.

To my knowledge, there is no assisted activation availiable and that program ended quite a while ago. During the COVID-19 pademic store closures, retail salespeople staffed the live chat to answer some basic sales related quetsions.
As your credit card has never actually been entered into the system, I would suggest to close the Public Mobile app, clear the storage for the app, and then start over.
