Hi there,
I'm currently on the $20 - 5 GB Data at 3G Speed plan, following an invitation to upgrade from PM. Now when I click on the "Change Subscription" link, the base plan of $15/30 days is no longer available.
Also before logging in, there is a $23 - 2 GB Data at 4G Speed plan, but not available after logged in.
Anyone could explain what is going on, please?

That is correct $15 plan is not available anymore for existing customers. Cheapest plan for existing customers (to downgrade) is $19.
Most good plans are for New customers only.
One of solution would be to cancel current plan and subscribe again. You would need new SIM (might be free!) and new phone number.
