The add-on for roaming in the U.S. that I purchased doesn't appear in my account. I did get a receipt that says it was purchased.

I tried to logout and login again a few times. It did show a balance of $20, and I re-purchased the add-ons. I got a receipt for that. And it still doesn't appear in the account. 

Is this normal?

Tuesday July 26, I’m having the same problem. Many cycles through the purchasing process, many  “success!” messages but no roaming bundle added to my account.

I'm going back to this...I interpreted you saying this differently. Perhaps I mis-read. Your writing is very difficult to interpret. You use some past-tense in a non-standard fashion. And in this case could mean different things taken different ways.

my research and what i read in technology, the server crash? occur when a website, software application, or operating system stops functioning and does not get displayed. Servers are nothing but hardware infused with a lot of software programs incorporating lists of codes necessary to make data (website/application) available for users.

i see the system not yet finished updating,

 

but my a Q. so after purchased any add-ons the money is should be will take from balance if has it, or from credit card,
but if the money in balance or from CC and not taken then what, System Failed processing to taken payment. 

@Timer- Again, please explore around the new system to figure out how stuff works. The problem though is that the system is not functioning very well on refreshing and updating what has transpired which is why you have been suggesting to use a computer or clear cache or use incognito as is everybody else. But here we are.

We saw earlier today someone with a similar experience.

The system is still very unstable. But as I said, it's a cart system now, not pay first and then choose.

 

Adding - I'm going to temper this with admitting that I don't know how it all looks when suspended. I haven't needed to or wanted to yet so that is unexplored for me so far. But I've been around most of the site with what I have before making any purchases or irreversible changes.

@Timer- Buying add-ons has changed to a cart system. You select what you want and then you buy them.

Yes the site completely sucks for refreshing itself. Just terrible. If you've now bought more than one talk part then you'll need to get that fixed by the support people. Try to do all of this on a non-mobile browser. They should probably put up a huge warning pop up when they detect a mobile browser to say not to use the site. They won't because they don't care and can't be bothered.

 

If you bought just data then you're probably fine unless you don't use it all in the 10 days. Then you will have wasted the second one.

@natalileduc No this shouldn’t be normal there are a lot of issues since the great upgrade last week try logging out and use a different browser in ingognito mode to log back in try on a computer or laptop
