The Self-Serve Portal has a Glitch, with CC Payment issues that requires Tune-up

There's an issue with the Self-Serve Portal.

When I try to pay Amount due, I get strange message Bal is enough to cover A/C, BUT Bal is $0.00

When I click Pay different Amount, and do so, all is well, BUT on Main Menu of Self-Serve Portal, Bal states $0.00

This requires some attention to ensure that IF people have to do Manual Payments, at least correct that glitch

That does look a little weird. The best way to determine the amount your will owe on, and the actual payment date of, your next renewal is to click My Rewards.

I didn't have the necessary Funds, and when I tried the first, which was pay amount due, I get that funny message, I have to Manually Add specific amount

BUT the amount on main menue portal still stated $0.00

It looks like your amount due is $0.00 and since you have a balance of $0.00, then technically, you have enough to pay. I'm just a little confused as to why you are trying to pay if your amount due is already $0.00.
