Usually we write in forums to complain, lately with the promotion, I understand that some have had difficulties with there new service.
For me I've switched 3 phones, 2 from bell, and 1 from kodoo, and everything went perfecly. The koodo phone took 5 minutes to complete the port, 1 bell took 40 minutes (acces to all except for incoming call in seconde, incoming call took 40 minutes). And my other bell took around 5 minutes.
l'm very happy and I'm saving 57$/months,

As above, I ported from Koodo but selected a new temporary number first. Everything worked right away including incoming calls and text.

Yes. I selected a new number, after when the account was done, I just went and port my old kodoo numbert. Took 5 minutes to complete

@Bullite were you able to port your koodo number through the self-serve website?
If so, did you take out a temporary number first or just port it right away?
