I fixed it! I had to reset network settings under general settings on my iPhone.

I have an old SIM card still in the phone and a new esim. Could that be the problem?

If you have an iPhone, go to Settings>Messages>scroll down to MMS Messaging and see if it is enabled. Same with Send as SMS and enable.

DATA has to be enabled in order to send/receive MMS but sending/receiving MMS will NOT use your data allowance.

You need to enable Data in order to take advantage of MMS type messages.

HI @KwH
are you using esim or mutliple sim card on iPhone?
you simply just need to enable mobile data

Cellular data is listed as secondary

hi @KwH
as it said, you were sending MMS. To send MMS, mobile data needs to be enabled. But no worries, it does not really use your data, just need it turned on for some technical reason

is Data enabled in settings ? If not...enable it.
