Why did I get a text yesterday saying that I used 75% of my data? I checked my account today & it says I've used less than half of my available data. Is this simply an error on PM's part? Or is PM attempting to make me panic & upgrade my plan with false information???

Yes I have 2 data packs. Both are already above 75% used months ago, & both haven't been touched for months.

do you have any Bonus data in your My Account now? the 75% data used is based on all the available data you have and not just your data allowance on each cycle. So, if you have a bonus 2GB and closed to used up, the 75% used will be triggered even you have only used half of your monthly data allowance.

Self serve is the be all end all, go with that. Unfortunately PM send a lot of messages in error about data, minutes and expiring cc's that aren't expiring, bit of a mess but probably not getting rectified anytime soon

Try here seems to be a glitch in the notification so just ignore it.
Alway go with what is on your account.
